With three separate floors, a conservatory and an outside seating area the restaurant can cater for a variety of needs, whether family meals, a quick lunch or private dining.
Each morning the freshest fish and seafood from our suppliers' boats, based only a few miles away, are delivered directly to our kitchen for preparation. Our smoked goods come from Springs just over the down, and our sparkling wine from Ridgeview, an award winning estate located in the heart of the South Downs National Park. We always try to source as much local produce as possible.
