Fish does not have to be expensive. Basing our restaurant near existing fish markets, supplementing with locally sourced meats and an unfussy approach to presentation allow us to deliver a value-for-money meal - whether a quick fish lunch or the full oyster, lobster, champagne celebration.

We apply rigorous inspection and auditing procedures throughout the supply chain and are committed to the promotion and improvement of responsible practises and ethical management of the sea. Through this we can contribute to the responsible management of fish stocks by demanding the fish we use, and the way in which it is caught or farmed, causes minimum damage to the marine environment.
